- Citizens's Parkway (Southeast), North Port, FL - Projected Completion, January 2008
- Townhomes of Largo Preserve by Compass Communities (Phase 1) - Phase Completion during 2008
- Gulf Coast Assembly of God, New Sanctuary Building, North Port, FL - Projected Completion March 2008
